Policies

Shipping - Each item ships separately from Mexico, please allow 2-3 weeks to arrive.

We currently offer shipping to the United States, Canada, and Mexico. If you are in another part of the world and would like to purchase something please email us directly atevoke.mexico@gmail.com and we will do our best to accommodate you.

We have a minimum of $400 USD on orders outside our regular shipping zones.

Returns - We do not accept returns online.

Damages - Damaged items must be reported within 48 hours of receiving, as we must file an official report with our shipping company in order to claim insurance, and process a new order.
